I’m confused by the suggestion that more police are needed because of more homeless. Very strange reasoning. More housing, more shelters, more accommodations for temporary villages, these make sense. More police? Really? I would suspect a mayor of the largest city in a state would look to other cities for ideas, for solutions. But everything about your solutions seem to come out of your inexperience.
